Who is eligible for Jurneys services?
Jurneys serves individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in New Jersey who are enrolled in or eligible for the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) system. We welcome individuals at any stage of the enrollment process.
How do I get started with services?
Simply reach out to us via our contact form or by phone. We'll schedule a free consultation to learn about your needs, explain available services, and help you understand next steps with no commitment required.
Do you accept Medicaid / DDD funding?
Yes. Jurneys is a DDD-approved provider and accepts Medicaid Community Care Waiver funding. We work closely with support coordinators to ensure services are properly authorized and funded.
What counties in New Jersey do you serve?
We serve individuals and families across all counties in New Jersey. Contact us to confirm availability in your specific area.
Do you offer services for agencies and organizations?
Yes. In addition to direct supports, Jurneys provides Operations & Quality Assurance Consulting to IDD service agencies. We help organizations strengthen their QA programs, prepare for audits, develop policies, and build staff capacity.
